Our Offerings
CHILDREN'S ART CLASSES: We offer drawing, painting, and three-dimensional work in all media. Our individualized itinerary allows the students to develop technique with their own unique style of expression. Classes include art appreciation and art history. Ages 6 to 18. FALL 2024 Registration Now Open
OPEN ART STUDIO: Artists working side-by-side in a studio allows for creative collaboration and exchanging of ideas, leading to new perspectives and approaches to our art making. Artists can learn new techniques from one another and expand the vocabulary of their work. There is also the possibility of soliciting critique and constructive feedback from peers which can bring new challenges and move one’s work forward. Available Sessions
SUMMER ART CAMP: Summer sessions offer students ages 8 - 13 the opportunity to explore drawing, painting, printmaking, 3D art assemblage, and so much more.
ADULT CLASSES: Running Wild with Mickey Waring includes both visual arts and creative writing, combined in a variety of media: collage, watercolor, drawing, art and nature journaling, book-making & poetry.
ART EXHIBITIONS: Making art is fun. Celebrating and sharing art is inspiring. Students showcase their works both at the school and around the community. All shows are free and open to the public.
