Meet Jane Westrick, Art Instructor
Jane Westrick received a BFA from the Maryland Institute College of Art and an MFA from Mason Gross School of the Arts, Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ in 2016. She has participated in residencies at the Skowhegan School of Painting and Sculpture, Vermont Studio Center, and the International School of Painting, Drawing, and Sculpture in Umbria, Italy. Her paintings were recently featured in New American Paintings, No. 129, the MFA Annual Edition, and have been exhibited at the Center for Contemporary Art in Bedminster, NJ, the Institute for Research on Women and Gender in Ann Arbor, Michigan, the Skowhegan NY Program Space, and Trestle Gallery in Brooklyn, NY. Since 2014 she has taught undergraduate courses at Mason Gross School of the Arts, including Painting and Visual Thinking. Jane lives and works in Jersey City, NJ.
