Nathan Reising is a saxophonist, composer, and music educator from Baltimore, MD. In 2015, Nathan received a Bachelor of Music degree from the University of Maryland, where he studied saxophone, flute, and clarinet with renowned woodwind doubler Chris Vadala. in 2018, he received a Master’s degree in Jazz Performance from New England Conservatory , where he was fortunate to study with musicians such as Jerry Bergonzi, Jason Moran, Miguel Zenón, Donny McCaslin, and Ethan Iverson. Nathan maintains a busy performance schedule, regularly appearing in venues throughout the United States, Canada, and China. In his 7 years as a music educator, Nathan has successfully prepared hundreds of students for playing tests, performances, honor ensembles, competitions, and college auditions. He is committed to helping students of all ages discover their creative potential and reach their musical goals.
